PROJECT MANAGER

Your tasks

You will be responsible for planning, managing and controlling all activities along the entire product life cycle for development, delivery and support projects.
You will be the main point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders in all project matters.
You take over the technical leadership of the project team, together with the Tech Leads.
You are responsible for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of the project goals (time, quality, costs and budget).
You will organise the activities and resources required for the project to ensure the timely release of milestones.
Working closely with stakeholders, you will perform proactive risk management and identify potential mitigation measures and/or backup scenarios.

You should have the following

Ideally university degree (BA/ MA/ PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems or a comparable technical background.
At least 5 years of practical work experience in hardware or software development (e.g. embedded Linux, RTOS, computer vision, …).
At least 3 years of experience as a project manager or technical project manager.
Experience in managing complex projects using conventional and agile methods.
Excellent communication skills with customers, employees and suppliers.
Good commercial and legal knowledge (IPR, FTO, Open Source).
Very good German and English language skills.
