WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR OUR VIENNA LOCATION:

PROJECT MANAGER

Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for planning, managing and controlling all activities along the entire product life cycle for development, delivery and support projects.
  • You will be the main point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders in all project matters.
  • You take over the technical leadership of the project team, together with the Tech Leads.
  • You are responsible for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of the project goals (time, quality, costs and budget).
  • You will organise the activities and resources required for the project to ensure the timely release of milestones.
  • Working closely with stakeholders, you will perform proactive risk management and identify potential mitigation measures and/or backup scenarios.

You should have the following

  • Ideally university degree (BA/ MA/ PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems or a comparable technical background.
  • At least 5 years of practical work experience in hardware or software development (e.g. embedded Linux, RTOS, computer vision, …).
  • At least 3 years of experience as a project manager or technical project manager.
  • Experience in managing complex projects using conventional and agile methods.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers, employees and suppliers.
  • Good commercial and legal knowledge (IPR, FTO, Open Source).
  • Very good German and English language skills.
