OFFER MANAGER (w/m/d)

Your responsibilities with us

You develop quotation strategies and are responsible for preparing cost estimates and quotation documents.
You create appealing and convincing bid documents.
You coordinate the bid management team (Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Legal, Project Management, Sales, etc.) during the entire bid process.
You drive, prioritize and coordinate the internal processing of sales opportunities and manage the internal approval processes.
You support Key Account Management and Sales throughout the entire sales process and ensure compliance and optimization.
You will monitor the key performance indicators for the sales process and report regularly to the Sales Director.

Your skills and qualifications

High customer and service orientation.
Interest and passion for technical/IT system solutions.
High level of written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in the preparation of complex offers.
Ideally experience with public tenders/public procurement.
Structured, conscientious and independent way of working as well as strong analytical skills.
Technical or commercially orientated training and ideally relevant professional experience.
High level of commitment, motivation and goal-orientation.
Confident handling of MS Office applications.
Very good written and spoken German and English.
