SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEAD (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities with us

You will lead a team of software developers and foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
You will focus on the active development of employees through regular feedback sessions, mentoring and training.
You are actively involved in company-wide engineering resource planning.
You stay up to date by regularly seeking active dialogue with the other development teams and promoting cross-team interactions.
You support the collaboration of the different teams in the definition, design and delivery of new engineering features and enhancements.
Actively participate in the recruitment process.
Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
If required, you will also create customized software designs yourself and implement them in C/C++ for embedded Linux or microcontroller systems.

You should bring the following

Enjoy working with people.
At least 3 years of experience in leading a group or team of software engineers.
At least 5 years of experience in relevant software engineering disciplines.
Completed technical education (university/university of applied sciences/HTL) in the field of computer science, electrical/computer engineering or comparable education.
Experience with various software development processes.
Analytical, solution-orientated thinking.
Independent personality with hands-on mentality.
Very good knowledge of German and English (international colleagues, customers and partners).
