We have an established Integrated Management System (IMS) and would like to expand it further in the area of ISO certifications. To strengthen our quality management team, we are looking for a qualified specialist who can actively contribute to further development and optimization with their know-how and commitment.

WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT WE ARE LOOKING FOR OUR LOCATION IN VIENNA:

SENIOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT ENGINEER (f/m/d), part-time

Your tasks with us

Development, implementation and optimization of quality management processes
Ensuring compliance with quality standards and guidelines (ISO 9001)
Planning, implementation and documentation of internal and external audits
Analyzing quality problems and developing corrective measures
Organization of KPI meetings in coordination with the process owners
Preparation of the annual report
Collaboration with internal departments to continuously improve product quality
Continuous analysis and optimization of existing processes to increase efficiency and improve quality
Training and advising employees on quality-related topics

You should bring the following with you

Completed specialist training in the field of quality management (FH/university)
Several years of relevant professional experience in quality management, ideally in industry or manufacturing
Sound knowledge of quality techniques, methods and standards
Experience with audits and certification processes
Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001) required
Analytical and solution-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Very good knowledge of German and English
Interest in technology and innovation
