We have an established Integrated Management System (IMS) and would like to expand it further in the area of ISO certifications. To strengthen our quality management team, we are looking for a qualified specialist who can actively contribute to further development and optimization with their know-how and commitment.

WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT WE ARE LOOKING FOR OUR LOCATION IN VIENNA:

SENIOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT ENGINEER (f/m/d), part-time

Your tasks with us

  • Development, implementation and optimization of quality management processes
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and guidelines (ISO 9001)
  • Planning, implementation and documentation of internal and external audits
  • Analyzing quality problems and developing corrective measures
  • Organization of KPI meetings in coordination with the process owners
  • Preparation of the annual report
  • Collaboration with internal departments to continuously improve product quality
  • Continuous analysis and optimization of existing processes to increase efficiency and improve quality
  • Training and advising employees on quality-related topics

You should bring the following with you​

  • Completed specialist training in the field of quality management (FH/university)
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in quality management, ideally in industry or manufacturing
  • Sound knowledge of quality techniques, methods and standards
  • Experience with audits and certification processes
  • Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001) required
  • Analytical and solution-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Interest in technology and innovation
