HR-GENERALIST (f/m/d) – part-time or full-time

Your responsibilities with us

You are responsible for all HR processes along the employee life cycle.
You are a competent contact person for managers and employees in all relevant HR matters.
You are responsible for recruiting projects, contract management and the organization of the onboarding process.
You support the employment approval process for international talents and accompany new employees during the onboarding process.
You are responsible for internal HR administration, prepare the monthly payroll and work closely with the external tax consultant.
You determine the development needs of our employees and design training and further education programs.
You manage the internal performance management and annual salary development process.
You support the development and implementation of the HR strategy.

You should bring the following

Relevant professional experience in a comparable generalist HR role or in recruiting (in a technical environment an advantage).
Winning appearance and very good communication skills.
Good knowledge of labor law.
Completed education, preferably a degree with a focus on Human Resources.
Knowledge of performance management, training and development as well as organizational development is an advantage.
Creative drive and high self-motivation.
Structured, reliable and independent way of working.
Very good German and English skills.
Very good MS Office skills.
